All the Calls, automatically routes to the Quality Assurance Team to make sure that the calls are well in criteria, fulfill compliance requirement and that the Survey is done properly or the customer is interested in the products etc. These are then sorted out into Accepted or Rejected. Only the Accepted Leads get delivered. There are times when the Call is well in criteria and is complaint and customer answered positively, however as per the tome of the customer, you can understand that it will not convert, we do reject these leads as well. The main aim of the Quality Assurance is to deliver leads which convert.

In terms of Hot Keys, because the Quality Assurance cannot be real-time, and we know that it is an important part of the lead generation industry, we generally work on Pack-outs. So if you send pack to the customer, it would deemed as accepted.

Interest of the Customer- We do check all the checks mentioned in the 1st point, additionally we confirm that the customer had opted-in for a call back and is interested in the Product or Service provided by you. Again you save money by not taking calls of users who just filled online form for fun or to win something and are not really interested in your product.
